About Us
Baking, and more particularly making small biscuits during the end-of-year holidays has always been a real pleasure for me. However, it was during a walk in one of the Berlin Christmas markets in December 2015 that the desire to launch my own company emerged.
First an idea: the alliance between pleasure and tradition, by creating fabulous and delicious artisanal biscuits. Then establishing the company - setting up, developing a strategy, evolving my creative ideas and fine-tuning the administrative and technical areas.
Based primarily on the making of Christmas biscuits (called "Bredele" in my homeland Alsace in France), Bredaland has since expanded its range and now offers through its online store sweet and salty biscuits to savor throughout the year, including two vegan varieties.
Biscuits Bredaland also offers original gift ideas, such as personalized biscuits and small individually wrapped treats for companies and catering professionals - the perfect accompaniment to any coffee break or as token treat for customers and collaborators.
